Wow, More Good News!

Today I found out that I've been selected by the faculty and the dean to receive the Phyllis Bryn-Julson Prize for Commitment to and Performance of 20th/21st Century Music!!!!  I'm going to be recognized as an award recepient at the Honors Convocation at Peabody the night before graduation.  So cool!!!!!  (It seems there's some cash that comes with this prize as well:) 

I also got an email today from the artistic director of Squonk Opera.  They want to meet with me after they give a performance in South Orange next month.  I'm so excited. 

Tonight is Michael Berkovsky and Jia Jia (Jiayin) Shen's joint DMA chamber music recital.  I have talented friends.  :)
